Delivery

We aim to despatch all of our orders within 48 hours of ordering and use 1st Class Recorded delivery with Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 days. If you require you order quicker please email us to see if it is possible.

A signature will be required on delivery of your order. Where a signature is not provided the parcel may be held at your local Royal Mail collection office (for one week) /DHL /Parcelforce depot, and a card requesting collection/detailing re-delivery options will be left. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be re-delivered at the expense of the customer.

Orders from outside the EU/EEA

Orders placed from outside the EU/EEA may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival at the destination country. The price quoted on our site does not include these charges. Vida Vida does not control import duty charges nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply before ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the products you’ve bought from us. So if for any reason you are unhappy with them, please contact us by email (info@vidavida.co.uk) within seven days of receiving your purchases, and provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge. If you are returning items because they are unwanted or you want to exchange them we will not refund the postage cost. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Damaged / faulty goods: In the unlikely event that you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge) or arrange for the item to be repaired. 

Items returned from countries outside the EU must clearly state on the packaging and customs declaration form that the returned item(s) are being returned to the original sender as "COMMERCIAL GOODS RETURNED FOR REFUND".

We will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that appear to have been used. Please always arrange proof of posting (available free of cost at post office counters) when returning goods.

All returns must be made within 28 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
