Well made , would love some small inner pockets and may be pen / card holders . Its not linned and I think that will be fine when the leather softend up a bit. Very fresh leather its nearly mooed when I took it out of the packaging, looking forward to slightly less cow smell.
Bag does not live up to description or photos or reviews. I am reselling on marketplace for significantly less than I paid.

Nice quality and lovely gift wrapped
This is a 21st birthday present. It's a nicely made backpack but it's quite stiff leather which I hope will soften over time with care and use. It's a good size and it will hold his laptop and papers easily. Overall it is a nice bag and my order was dealt with, dispatched and delivered swiftly. I was a little disappointed in the customer service as I had emailed with some questions and didn't receive any response - despite this I decided to order it anyway. Hopefully it will be well received by the birthday boy !
