At Vida Vida we love to get feedback from our customers including reviews about the products they have bought.  Of course, sometimes things may go wrong with an order and you can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to sort matters out to your satisfaction - all you have to do is contact us as soon as the problem arises.

We utilise a third party service to request reviews from customers for us (Judge.me) and they send out requests for reviews to customers.  Below you will find all the reviews from 100% genuine customers.  

Sometimes reviews for a particular product will be repeated on other "similar" products so that you get a good selection of feedback about products - many items only vary slightly in size, colour or features but they do use the same materials and manufacturing process.

Obviously, it is important for us to hear not just the good but the bad feedback too.  So, even if you are 100% happy with your purchase, please do respond to the feedback requests we email so you can help future customers too.
