Good quality, however waited forever for delivery. Brought the 1st of Jan, Shipped the 4th, not received until the 23rd. Vida Vida were helpful, but are being let down by their courier.
Purchased the laptop bag and wallet for my daughter and they were even better quality than what I was expecting! They arrived on time to Canada even during the busy Christmas season, and my daughter was thrilled with both items. You can tell that there is a great deal of attention put in to both the quality of the products as well as the customer service. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!
Bag much better quality than expected. Very good value product. Swift service and immediate response to delivery hiccup. I will definitely be treating myself to a Vida Vida bag and would wholeheartedly recommend to others.
I bought this bag for my fiancé for Christmas. The quality is beautiful, and the design is faultless. Great, classy bag to take to work. He now has a messenger bag in brown and black, which are personalised- they look great!! Thank you Vida Vida
I had spent months looking for a suitable laptop bag in Australia and found nothing that suited my needs. These bags are absolutely perfect for what I needed and priced such that it was worthwhile to purchase more than one.
One important point about service. Things can and do go wrong. The difference about good and bad service is how companies deal with a problem when it crops up. We ordered two items and only one item got shipped. After alerting Vida Vida within a week the second item was shipped. All simple, no fuss, no bother. That is service and that's what creates loyal customers.
