Beautiful leather wash bag. Bought as a gift but looks like good quality. Recipient was very pleased with it.
It’s not actually leather it’s plastic and it doesn’t even fit the iPad

The wash bag was a birthday gift for a relative so obviously I haven’t used it but when I looked at it when it arrived I was very happy with it and my relative messaged me to say thanks and that he was delighted with it.

Arrived with chips and corrosion on the metal hardware, smelled terrible. Large vertical crease in the middle of the front. Still overall a well built bag, decent value for the price, but I suspect has been stored poorly or is not new.
Hi Aaron, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the condition upon arrival and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The smell you note will fade after a few weeks of airing/use. If the hardware marks do not just rub off then do contact us for a resolution. As you pointed out it was probably a storage issue.
They never emailed or gave an option to personalize and sent me a plain wallet 😒
Hi Megan, we sorry for the late reply, but you should have seen an option to personalise the wallet on the page you bought it from. I do wonder if this is an issue with the Shopify "Shop" pages and perhaps they are not displaying the personalisation option (this is outside of our website and not something we control ourselves). We will investigate further. (UPDATE: This is a known "issue" with the Shopify Shop store feature. To add personalisation the purchase should be direct on our site.)
